AMY YODER
Amy is originally from the midwest, born and raised in Indiana. After graduating from Indiana university in 1995 with a BS in dietetics (while cheering on the hoosiers!) and an ms in kinesiology, she pursued and excelled in a medical sales career. She was successful in understanding buyers' needs to help find the best solutions for them.
In 2005, she ventured to Santa Monica, CA to continue medical sales while engaging in her passion for adventure - exploring southern California with work and leisure. Her son was born in 2009 and shortly after, her family moved to Marin County in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her daughter was born in 2011.
Her family moved to boulder in 2013 after her husband toby's job took them here. Since then, they have purchased several investment properties and rehabbed and sold several homes. Throughout the research and transaction process, Amy fell in love with the real estate industry and chose assisting buyers and sellers her full time career.
