ANNIE LIPSCOMB
Annie’s goal for clients and partners is the same as the goal she has for herself: to make smart real estate decisions that will serve current interests while also building long-term financial success.
Annie deeply values relationships. She is a listener and a collaborator who asks the right questions and drills down to what matters. She will earn your trust and work intelligently to deliver a successful, enjoyable real estate experience.
The purchase and rehab of her first rental property piqued Annie's curiosity about the real estate investment space. She pivoted from a San Francisco-based corporate marketing career in the spirits industry to a Denver-based private equity group that purchased, rehabbed and repositioned multi-unit buildings. Annie gained valuable experience in both investment analysis and in the design and management of renovations, which she then utilized to build her own investment portfolio currently spanning Boulder, Denver, Colorado Springs and a couple out of state locations. She has tackled a wide range of projects, from high-end renovations to smaller fix/flips. She manages both traditional and vacation rental properties; and she is always on the hunt for what's next. Annie’s curious mind, creative problem-solving skills, and forward-thinking ideas are behind her success.
A New Orleans native, Annie went to college in Virginia and then spent one year working in Italy as a waitress and photographer and six years living in San Francisco. A fateful trip to visit friends in Boulder turned into a month-long stay and a contract to buy her first house. The immediate mountain access, the easy walk/bike-ability, and the vibrant sense of community in Boulder resonated. Over 15 years later, Annie feels very fortunate to live in such a dynamic town and she is grateful to have honed a skillset that can directly serve and empower those within her community.
When not working or enjoying time with friends and family, Annie relishes expanding her comfort zones — whether exploring other cultures via adventure travel, tackling challenging outdoor experiences or experimenting with various creative projects. Annie enjoys learning how things work and craftmanship. She also enjoys cycling, hiking, swimming, trail-running, and pretty much any opportunity to unplug and go get lost in the mountains.
